What is Yoga Nidra?
Often called “yogic sleep,” Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation technique practiced lying down. It invites deep rest while keeping the mind conscious and aware. You’ll be gently led through body scanning, breath awareness, and visualization to access a profound state of relaxation.
